EsportDNA provides esports content, player and tournament information, community features, contact services, newsletter updates, and selected AI-assisted tools. Features may change, be suspended, or be retired as the platform evolves.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with infrastructure, introduce malicious code, scrape protected areas, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful activity.
3. Third-party services
Some features rely on Start.gg, Meta/WhatsApp, Google Gemini, Vercel, Neon, Resend, or other third-party services. Those services have separate terms, and availability may depend on their systems.
4. AI features
AI-generated answers and coaching suggestions are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on AI output.
5. Competitive data
Player and tournament information can come from public competition services and synchronized third-party records. EsportDNA does not guarantee that every historical result, ranking, or profile detail is error-free.
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, EsportDNA branding, site design, original editorial content, and software are owned by or licensed to EsportDNA. Third-party names, logos, game assets, and platform marks remain with their respective owners.

Information you submit through contact or partnership forms should be accurate and should not include confidential material that you are not authorized to disclose.
8. Disclaimer
The site and its services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, EsportDNA disclaims warranties that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.
