Delete your data

1. How to request deletion

Email dnaesports.gg@gmail.com with the subject EsportDNA Data Deletion Request.

Please tell us which information or service your request relates to, such as a contact enquiry, newsletter subscription, WhatsApp conversation, or connected account. We may ask for enough information to verify the request without requesting unnecessary sensitive information.

2. What we can delete

• Contact or partnership enquiry information we store.
• Newsletter subscription information.
• Other directly identifying account or support information that EsportDNA controls and is not required for legal or security reasons.

3. What may remain

Some public competitive information may be retained when it represents historical tournament results or comes from a third-party public service such as Start.gg. Deleting your EsportDNA contact information does not automatically remove records held by Meta/WhatsApp, Start.gg, Google, or other third parties. Those requests must be handled with the relevant provider where applicable.

4. WhatsApp / Meta requests

If your request relates to information processed by WhatsApp or Meta, we will help direct you to the applicable platform process where EsportDNA is not the controller of that information. You can also manage or request deletion directly through the relevant Meta/WhatsApp account and privacy controls.

5. Timing

We aim to acknowledge requests within a reasonable period and complete verified deletion requests as required by applicable law. Some records may be retained where necessary for fraud prevention, security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records.
