DELHI IRONFIST 3 WAS MORE THAN ANOTHER TOURNAMENT FOR TEAM DNA.
With valuable TEKKEN World Tour 2026 points on the line, the Delhi event became an important test for the roster — particularly for DNA Fardeen, whose position in the TWT standings made every point matter.
A CRUCIAL DAY FOR TEAM DNA
Team DNA entered Delhi IronFist 3 with DNA Fardeen and DNA Mr Khan representing the roster.
DNA Rohit Jain was unable to compete in the tournament after being DQ'd, leaving Fardeen and Mr Khan to carry the Team DNA banner in the bracket.
For Fardeen in particular, this tournament carried significant importance.
The TWT points race in the region is extremely tight, with Fardeen currently sitting at the top of the Asia 1 leaderboard with 250 points, ahead of S8UL Weak Akuma on 230 and Shubham on 166. S8UL Arhaan currently sits on 95 points.
MR KHAN FINALLY GETS THE SHUBHAM WIN
One of the biggest Team DNA moments of the tournament came from DNA Mr Khan.
After several tournaments of facing Shubham, Mr Khan finally managed to take the win.
This wasn't just another bracket victory.
It was a sign that the work being put in during practice is beginning to translate into tournament performance.
Repeated matchups against the same opponent can expose patterns, habits and weaknesses — and this time, Mr Khan was able to make the adjustments needed to come out on top.
The practice is showing.
FARDEEN'S TWT POINTS MADE THIS TOURNAMENT HUGE
For DNA Fardeen, Delhi IronFist 3 was especially important.
The goal wasn't simply to win another tournament.
It was about protecting and extending his position in the TWT points race.
Fardeen came into the event as one of the most important players in the regional standings. Despite eventually being eliminated, his accumulated points still leave him #1 in the current Asia 1 leaderboard with 250 points.
That makes every tournament run increasingly valuable as the season progresses.
ARHAAN PUTS FARDEEN INTO LOSERS
Fardeen's run took a major hit when S8UL Arhaan defeated him and sent him into the Losers Bracket.
For a player fighting for TWT points, dropping into losers changes everything.
There is no room for another mistake.
One more loss means the tournament — and the opportunity to add more points — is over.
SHUBHAM ENDS FARDEEN'S RUN
After Arhaan sent Fardeen to losers, Shubham delivered the final blow.
The result ended Fardeen's Delhi IronFist 3 campaign, but the bigger picture remains important.
Fardeen still sits at the top of the current Asia 1 TWT standings with 250 points, making him the highest-scoring player among the names currently at the top of the standings.
For Team DNA, that makes Fardeen's remaining TWT events even more important.
WEAK AKUMA'S POINTS RACE
The tournament was also particularly important for S8UL Weak Akuma.
With 230 TWT points, Weak Akuma is currently only 20 points behind Fardeen in the Asia 1 standings.
That means every successful tournament run can dramatically change the order.
Fardeen may still lead the table, but the gap is close enough that the race is far from over.
THE GRIND IS STARTING TO SHOW
Delhi IronFist 3 gave Team DNA several different stories.
Rohit Jain couldn't compete after his DQ.
Mr Khan finally broke through against Shubham after several tournaments of trying.
And Fardeen, despite falling to Arhaan and later being eliminated by Shubham, remains the #1 player in the current Asia 1 TWT standings.
That is the bigger picture.
A single tournament does not define a season.
The preparation, the points, the matchups and the lessons all carry forward.
THE TWT RACE CONTINUES
With Fardeen on 250 points, Weak Akuma on 230, Shubham on 166 and Arhaan on 95, the Asian leaderboard is becoming increasingly important as the TWT season moves forward.
For Fardeen, every upcoming event is another opportunity to extend the lead.
For Weak Akuma, it is a chance to close the gap.
For Shubham and Arhaan, it is an opportunity to climb.
And for Team DNA, the mission remains the same:
Practice. Compete. Learn. Improve.
Delhi IronFist 3 may be over.
The TWT grind isn't. 🔥
